About Me
My Mission
I have been on the front-line caring for patients with chronic disease for more than three decades and I believe patients and clients need to be educated and empowered so they can understand the dynamics at play in their own bodies. This knowledge will enable them to see that we can stop/reverse disease where it starts when we get to the root cause of what ails us!
Who I am
I am a Registered Nurse, Functional Medicine Practitioner and Certified Health Coach. I graduated from the Nursing Program in Surrey, England and specialized in Neurology at The National Hospital, Queensquare, London. After moving to The United States in 1990, I worked at Memorial Sloane Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, and was part of the Interventional Radiology Team at INOVA Fairfax, Virginia. My extensive experience is enhanced by various nursing positions in several African countries.
I completed my training as a Health Coach at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City in 2015 and my Functional Medicine training at The School of Applied Functional Medicine (SAFM) in 2019. I currently operate out of Round Rock, Texas and consult with clients virtually.
